Data Collection, Moving, Validation

We have introduced many new products and services related to the collection of plant floor information and the distribution of this information to the enterprise.  Our newest offering is an integrated software solution for data Collection and Reporting.  This system leverages the power of Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft Report Services for SQL server with CD Microsystems OPC.Net based Data Collector software, an SPC graphing tool for reporting services and the Data Collection Management Studio to manage the system.  Windows based Charting and SPC graphics tools are also available for an interactive experience.   We also offer a web based SPC data collection and graphing system which does not rely on Reporting Services.

Validation of automated equipment continues to be a large part of our business.  For our customers in the Pharmaceutical and Medical instrument fields this is due primarily to requirements of government regulations.  For all of our customers the desire to produce high quality products repeatable has motivated the use of validation techniques.
